Private Session

Your private session will break down each posture, demonstrate how to safely practice them,


Discuss their benefits, then have you mimic and repeat the positions and movements.


Teacher will be able to verbal guide you, offer physical adjustments, and give other cues to help you practice the pose or sequence.


Will set you up to maintain your own strong, consistent, safe and well-informed practice

One-on-one session

Will work on breakdown postures and you can ask questions with more complicated poses.  Also focus on alignment of each yoga poses and transition   from basic to advance.

Couple Session

Performing yoga poses with two people is called partner yoga or couples yoga. Practicing with a partner or friend can be a fun way to strengthen your relationship.  While improving flexibility, balance, and posture.

Private Group

A private group yoga is one of the best ways to having a good time with your own group

and learn from one another
