Our Classes

Hatha

 Experience gentle, flowing movements combined with breathwork, balance, and light strengthening. This class helps relieve stress while deepening the mind-body connection—an excellent choice for beginners. 

Power Flow

 Kick off your Monday with our energizing Power Flow class, featuring dynamic sequences that blend core work and standing postures. Advanced variations and inversion options are offered to challenge and inspire, while modifications ensure accessibility for all levels. Each session ends with a calming cool-down and restful savasana. All levels are welcome! 

Hatha Vinyasa

 This class blends mindful movement with breath, making it suitable for everyone—from beginners to regular practitioners. You'll explore twists, backbends, and accessible inversions, with a mix of beginner and intermediate poses. Modifications are always offered, allowing you to practice at the level that feels right for you. 

Vinyasa Flow class

 Each class offers a unique sequence of postures designed to enhance flexibility, build strength, and tone muscles. While all levels are welcome, the flow encourages you to move with breath and intention, making each session both energizing and grounding. 

Fundamental Flow Class

 Flow Foundations is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to slow down and focus on the basics. This class emphasizes building a strong foundation through clear instruction on alignment, posture, and breath. With consistent guidance throughout the flow, you'll gain confidence and understanding to support a safe and effective yoga practice.
