Our Classes

Hatha

Enjoy a gentle flow yoga class featuring smooth, flowing movements combined with mindful breathwork, balance training, and light strength-building exercises. This class is designed to reduce stress, improve flexibility, and deepen your mind–body connection. Perfect for beginners, those new to yoga, or anyone seeking a relaxing yet strengthening yoga practice. 

Power Flow

Start your week strong at our yoga studio with an energizing Monday Power Flow yoga class. This dynamic vinyasa flow blends core strengthening, standing yoga postures, and continuous movement to build heat, strength, and endurance.

Advanced variations and inversion options are offered to challenge experienced yogis, while clear modifications make this class accessible for all levels. Each session concludes with a calming cool-down stretch and a restful savasana for total mind-body balance.

Hatha Vinyasa

At our welcoming yoga studio, this all-levels yoga class blends mindful movement with intentional breathwork to create a balanced, accessible practice. Perfect for beginners and experienced yogis, the class includes gentle twists, heart-opening backbends, and accessible inversions, along with a thoughtful mix of beginner and intermediate yoga poses.

We always provide clear modifications and pose variations, so you can practice safely and confidently at the level that feels right for you. Join us for a supportive, community-centered yoga experience designed to build strength, flexibility, and mind–body awareness.

Vinyasa Flow class

At our community-focused yoga studio, each class features a unique yoga flow sequence designed to improve flexibility, build full-body strength, and support muscle toning. This all-levels yoga class welcomes beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Move mindfully with guided breathwork, connecting movement and intention for a practice that feels both energizing and grounding. Join us to experience a balanced yoga session that strengthens the body while calming the mind.

Fundamental Flow Class

Flow Foundations at our welcoming yoga studio is the perfect beginner yoga class for those new to yoga or anyone wanting to slow down and refine the basics. This foundational yoga flow focuses on proper alignment, correct posture, and mindful breathwork to help you build a strong, safe practice.

With clear, step-by-step instruction and consistent guidance throughout the class, you’ll develop confidence, body awareness, and a deeper understanding of essential yoga poses. Join us to create a solid foundation for a safe, effective, and sustainable yoga practice.
