Power Monday flow class, featuring dynamic flow sequences incorporating core exercises and standing postures. We offer advanced variations and inversion options, catering to diverse levels of practice. The session culminates in a soothing wind-down, and savasana. All levels welcome.
Integrating movement this class is for everybody -beginning to regular. Class includes twist, backbends and approachable inversion. Be prepare to explore both beginner and intermediate postures , Modifications are giving allowing you to choose the level of practice
Each class is different and postures are sequenced in a way to help increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles. Although all levels are welcome,
Flow Foundations is a yoga class fit for beginners,
or individuals who might want to slow down their pace.
This class focuses on building a solid foundation for every student, so they can make the most out of yoga. Alignment and body positioning cues are consistently provided by the teacher throughout Flow. Additionally, instruction on breathing and poses is given.
